Asparagus and Prawns Salad with Special Sesame Sauce

500g prawns, peel and devein
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 bunches asparagus, cut into 1½” pieces
2 boiled eggs
For Sauce
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon grinded sesame
2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon SIS Low GI Sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  1. Add salt to pot of boiling water, bring prawns and asparagus to boil.
  2. When fully cooked, transfer them to an ice water bath, drain well and set aside.
  3. Cut boiled eggs into eight equal parts.
  4. Prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients
  5. Gently toss the sauce mixture, prawns, asparagus and eggs
