INGREDIENTS
300g very ripe bananas
130g plain flour
80g SIS Coarse Grain Sugar
10g rice flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
METHODS
- Mash the bananas with forks until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the mashed bananas. Mix until combined and set aside for few minutes.
- Heat oil at medium-low heat.
- Grease a spoon with oil to scoop the batter and drop into the hot oil.
- Cook until golden brown and scoop out on a plate lined with a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
