INGREDIENTS
5 stalks of Lemongrass
2 litres of water
3 green tea bags
6 tablespoons SIS Coarse Sugar
METHODS
- Wash the lemongrass and remove the outer tough leaves. Cut into 3 parts and bending them several times to release the flavour.
- In a big pot, add cut lemongrass, SIS Coarse Sugar, green tea bags and water, bring to boil. Remove from heat.
- Strain and pour the lemongrass tea into a pitcher jug.
- Chill in the fridge before serving.
