6 tbsp gunpowder green tea
1.5 litres water
6 pcs SIS White Sugar Cubes
6 sprigs of fresh mint
- Boil water in a kettle.
- Add gunpowder green tea leaves to a teapot, then add 1 cup of boiling water to cover the leaves. Swirl around then strain and discard the water.
- Add fresh min and SIS Sugar Cubes to the teapot and fill with boiling water. Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes.
- Pour tea into tea glasses from a height to create a frothy "head" on top of each glass.
