Moroccan Mint Tea

INGREDIENTS

6 tbsp gunpowder green tea
1.5 litres water
6 pcs SIS White Sugar Cubes
6 sprigs of fresh mint

METHODS
  1. Boil water in a kettle.
  2. Add gunpowder green tea leaves to a teapot, then add 1 cup of boiling water to cover the leaves. Swirl around then strain and discard the water.
  3. Add fresh min and SIS Sugar Cubes to the teapot and fill with boiling water. Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour tea into tea glasses from a height to create a frothy "head" on top of each glass.
