Soy Bean Milk

500g organic soybean
3 ½ litres water
250g SIS Organic Raw Sugar
4 pandan leaves, tie knot

  1. Soak soybeans in water overnight before preparation.
  2. Drain the beans and remove bean skins.
  3. Blend the beans and water.
  4. Strain the mixture using a cheesecloth or strainer into the pot.
  5. Add pandan leaves and SIS Organic Raw Sugar then bring it to boil.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
