INGREDIENTS
400g SIS Coconut Sugar Cubes
600ml of water
3 black tea bags
Ice cubes
50 Thick Coconut Milk (can be replaced with fresh milk)
METHODS
- To make Coconut Sugar Syrup, combine SIS Coconut Sugar cubes and 200ml of water in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until cubes are completely dissolved. Set aside to cool.
- To make black tea, boil 400ml of water and tea bags, let the tea steep for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a glass, add 4 tablespoons of Coconut Sugar Syrup. Add ice cubes and gradually pour in coconut milk, then add black tea
