INGREDIENTS

400g SIS Coconut Sugar Cubes
600ml of water
3 black tea bags
Ice cubes
50 Thick Coconut Milk (can be replaced with fresh milk)

METHODS
  1. To make Coconut Sugar Syrup, combine SIS Coconut Sugar cubes and 200ml of water in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until cubes are completely dissolved. Set aside to cool.
  2. To make black tea, boil 400ml of water and tea bags, let the tea steep for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a glass, add 4 tablespoons of Coconut Sugar Syrup. Add ice cubes and gradually pour in coconut milk, then add black tea
