200ml whipping cream
2 tablespoon SIS Icing Sugar
METHODS
- Place the mixer bowl and whisk in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Add whipping cream and SIS Icing Sugar into the mixer bowl and whisk till soft peaks form.
- Serve together with Sponge Cake or Pancakes
