10g jelly powder
250g SIS Raw Sugar
1 litre water
Fruits of your choice (strawberry, kiwi, peach, blueberry)
- Cut the fruit into cubes.
- In a saucepan, dissolve the jelly powder in water.
- Bring the water to a boil, add SIS Raw Sugar and stir until the sugar dissolve.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Add the cubed fruit to the desired moulds, and slowly pour the mixture.
- Allow to cool completely before chilling in the fridge until set for at least 3 hours.
